If your order costs less to ship you will be refunded the difference.
$10 to within Canada, $20 to U.S will be added at check out.
No international shipping. (ship to within Canada or U.S only)
Return and Exchange Policy
Please e-mail minoritakagi@yahoo.ca for return or exchange requests within 7 days of delivery.
All returns must be unworn and shipped back within 30 days of delivery.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Studio Pick up
We offer free in-person pick up at the studio in East Vancouver. This space is not open to the public and hours are random so it's important to make an appointment for this option.
Repair
Please e-mail minoritakagi@yahoo.ca with details of the repair needed (including a photo helps).
Repairs usually range from $25 to $100 + return shipping.
